Steve lends his legal expertise to businesses large and small, helping with real estate issues and the complex decisions associated with buying, selling, and expanding businesses. Steve credits his father with instilling in him an affinity for business and a penchant for hard work. His father worked a day job and ran the family’s small-town movie theater nights and weekends. Steve was the first in his family to go to college, obtaining an accounting degree as an undergraduate. He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
